A clinical resonance-frequency analysis study with sandblasted-and-etched ITI implants"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p data-start=\"0\" data-end=\"144\"><strong data-start=\"0\" data-end=\"13\">Mots-cl\u00e9s<\/strong><br data-start=\"13\" data-end=\"16\" \/>\u00c9tude clinique, chargement imm\u00e9diat, stabilit\u00e9 implantaire, implants ITI, stabilit\u00e9 primaire, analyse en fr\u00e9quence de r\u00e9sonance.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"146\" data-end=\"2436\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\"><strong data-start=\"146\" data-end=\"156\">R\u00e9sum\u00e9<\/strong><br data-start=\"156\" data-end=\"159\" \/>Le but de cette \u00e9tude \u00e9tait (1) de mesurer la stabilit\u00e9 primaire des implants ITI plac\u00e9s dans les deux m\u00e2choires et de d\u00e9terminer les facteurs influen\u00e7ant l\u2019implant stability quotient (ISQ) mesur\u00e9 par la m\u00e9thode de fr\u00e9quence de r\u00e9sonance, et (2) de suivre la stabilit\u00e9 des implants durant les trois premiers mois de cicatrisation et d\u2019\u00e9valuer toute diff\u00e9rence entre implants \u00e0 chargement imm\u00e9diat (IL) et implants \u00e0 chargement diff\u00e9r\u00e9 standard (DL). Les groupes IL et DL comprenaient respectivement 18 patients\/63 implants et 18 patients\/43 implants. Les implants IL ont \u00e9t\u00e9 mis en charge apr\u00e8s 2 jours, tandis que les implants DL ont \u00e9t\u00e9 laiss\u00e9s \u00e0 cicatriser selon la proc\u00e9dure en une \u00e9tape. L\u2019ISQ a \u00e9t\u00e9 enregistr\u00e9 avec un appareil Osstell (Integration Diagnostics AB, G\u00f6teborg, Su\u00e8de) lors de la pose, puis \u00e0 1, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 et 12 semaines. La stabilit\u00e9 primaire \u00e9tait influenc\u00e9e par la m\u00e2choire et le type d\u2019os. L\u2019ISQ \u00e9tait plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 dans la mandibule (59,8 \u00b1 6,7) que dans la maxillaire (55,0 \u00b1 6,8). L\u2019ISQ \u00e9tait significativement plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 dans l\u2019os de type I (62,8 \u00b1 7,2) que dans l\u2019os de type III (56,0 \u00b1 7,8). La position de l\u2019implant, sa longueur, son diam\u00e8tre et la profondeur de pose (implants Esthetic Plus) n\u2019affectaient pas la stabilit\u00e9 primaire. Apr\u00e8s 3 mois, le gain de stabilit\u00e9 \u00e9tait plus important dans la mandibule que dans la maxillaire. L\u2019influence du type d\u2019os s\u2019est estomp\u00e9e et la qualit\u00e9 osseuse n\u2019a plus affect\u00e9 la stabilit\u00e9. La m\u00e9thode d\u2019analyse en fr\u00e9quence de r\u00e9sonance n\u2019a pas r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 de diff\u00e9rence de stabilit\u00e9 entre implants IL et DL pendant la p\u00e9riode de cicatrisation. La stabilit\u00e9 implantaire est rest\u00e9e constante ou a l\u00e9g\u00e8rement augment\u00e9 durant les 4 \u00e0 6 premi\u00e8res semaines, puis a augment\u00e9 plus nettement. Un implant DL et un implant IL ont \u00e9chou\u00e9, tous deux longs de 8 mm et plac\u00e9s dans un os de type III. Au contr\u00f4le \u00e0 1 an, le taux de survie des implants IL et DL \u00e9tait respectivement de 98,4 % et 97,7 %. Cette \u00e9tude n\u2019a montr\u00e9 aucune diff\u00e9rence de stabilit\u00e9 implantaire entre les proc\u00e9dures IL et DL au cours des trois premiers mois.
