Abstract<\/strong><\/p>\n

ABSTRACT\n \n Les techniques adh\u00e9sives permettent la r\u00e9alisation de proc\u00e9dures a minima sur les dents d\u00e9pulp\u00e9es. Les composites effectu\u00e9s en techniques directes et indirectes sont les solutions alternatives modernes aux options classiques de traitement pour tenons, inlay-cores et couronnes. Le pr\u00e9sent article expose les principes de cette philosophie et les illustra avec deux cas cliniques.\n Implication clinique : Lorsque la substance dentaire r\u00e9siduelle l\u2019autorise, les pr\u00e9molaires pr\u00e9trait\u00e9es endodontiquement doivent \u00eatre pr\u00e9f\u00e9rentiellement restaur\u00e9es au moyen des r\u00e9sines composites adh\u00e9sives directes et indirectes, en \u00e9vitant tenons radiculaires et couronnes p\u00e9riph\u00e9riques.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
