“Some young people and adults are scared of the dentist and refuse to go.

Since May 2018, the Ardentis Chablais Dental Clinic has had access to an operating theatre for dental treatment at the Riviera-Chablais hospital in Aigle. Dr Bischof is in charge of the surgical treatment, while I, and my dental assistant Viviana Da Silva, look after your restorative dental needs.
A general anaesthetic is offered to patients who are advised against nitrous oxide or hypnosis.
A general anaesthetic is also an option for patients with multiple cavities in order to reduce the number of appointments needed and to avoid them developing bad memories. This method is also available for people with disabilities who find it difficult to communicate or have mobility problems, or for very young children, who don’t understand the explanations or move a lot.
Given the long waiting time at some establishments in French-speaking Switzerland, including the Children’s Hospital in Lausanne, it is a great advantage for Ardentis Dental Clinics to be able to offer patients dental treatment in these conditions.
