Résumé
ABSTRACT Adhesive techniques allow for minimally invasive procedures on endodontically treated teeth. Composites placed using direct and indirect techniques offer modern alternative solutions to conventional treatments with posts, inlay-cores, and crowns. This article presents the principles of this philosophy and illustrates them with two clinical cases. Clinical implication: When sufficient residual tooth structure is present, endodontically treated premolars should preferably be restored using direct or indirect adhesive composite resins, avoiding radicular posts and full-coverage crowns.
