Résumé
ABSTRACT Coronal restoration of endodontically treated posterior teeth remains a controversial topic. While the traditional crown supported by metal posts is still widely used in dentistry, its invasive nature has been heavily criticized. Today, new materials and fully adhesive therapeutic options are available, allowing for more conservative, faster, and cost-effective dental treatments. All clinical cases presented in this paper are addressed using these modern techniques, ranging from direct composite restorations to indirect endocrowns.
